Free initial consultation (15 minutes):

  • Introduce yourself and determine if we are a good fit

First session (45 minutes - 1 hour):

  • I'll get to know more about you, including your favorite activities, your schedule, food likes and dislikes, etc.

  • We'll work together to create goals and actionable steps that are tailored to your individual lifestyle and needs

​

Follow up sessions (30 - 45 minutes):

  • Together we'll evaluate your progress, reassess your goals, and adjust them as needed
