Fueling an Active Lifestyle

In addition to my love and passion for food and nutrition, I also love to sweat! My favorite activities include Pilates, spinning, boxing, or really anything with heart-pounding music in the background that makes you feel like you're dancing at the same time!

But fundamentally, I'm an advocate for staying active throughout the day in any way that you can and also enjoy. You have to find activities that you love or else they won't become a part of your everyday routine.

Mindful Eating
I am a HUGE proponent of staying in touch with your natural hunger cues. In other words, eat when you're hungry and stop when you're full. This single core guideline however, can be challenging for anyone to follow.

I can help you better understand your natural hunger cues and be more in touch with them. We can also work together to avoid eating based on preconceived food myths and misconceptions, eliminate unhealthy eating patterns, and break through plateaus.
Eating should ultimately be a joyful experience. It should not be a source of anxiety or stress.
